Mobile phones have been around since 1983. Over the years, cell phones and Smartphones have become affordable and now we can’t imagine our day without one. On average children receive their first cell phone at the age of six and professional adults generally own more than one.
However, above all in recent years, reports have been made (more or less) public which question the safety assumed up to now in relation to the negative effects on our organism. A decision at the supreme court level in Italy recently saw a causal link between cancer and substantial mobile phone usage over years.
How is this possible when we are protected by statutory limits?
The following table, which breaks down the influence of cell phone radiation on our bodies into two general categories, helps explain this.

The EU-financed European REFLEX study and the privately financed VERUM study were published in 2008. These clearly showed that the legally defined limit should depend on the frequency – but it actually does not. Because every frequency has a different effect on our bodies.
This was followed by groundbreaking discoveries in the biological area which showed us which way to go: it was clear that the solution had to lie in the low-frequency range.
An article which appeared in the Journal of Preventive Medicine provides a comprehensive explanation of the significance of electromagnetic loads as an urgent issue for preventive medicine and recognizes that magnetic field distortions cause biological effects (article entitled: "Präventivmedizin bei elektromagnetischen Belastungen" [Preventive Medicine with Electromagnetic Loads] by Claude Bärtels and Frank Mosler, 06/2008).
